Mary: Hello Bellamare apartments, Mary speaking how can I help you?

Dave: Hello, my name’s Dave, I’d like to make a reservation to stay at your resort.

Mary: Thanks Dave, and what dates did you have in mind?

Dave:  Well, we were thinking about arriving sometime on Tuesday the second of September and departing on Friday September twelfth. Do you have a vacancy at this time?

Mary: One minute and I’ll check.

No, sorry we’re booked out until September fifth.

Dave: Ok let me think for a minute.
What about from September fifth to September fifteenth?

Mary: Yes; we can fit you in during these dates?
Ok that’s Friday September fifth until Monday September fifteenth. Is that correct?

Dave: Yes that’s fine.

Mary: May I take your name for the booking please, your address and phone number?

Dave: Yes my name is Dave Hancock. My address is 9248 116 A street, North Delta, Canada. And my telephone number is 604 5892710.

Mary: Thanks for that, now Mr Hancock, your reservation can only be secured after a $200 deposit is paid on the room.  It is fully refundable as long as you give us seven days cancellation notice prior to the day of arrival.
After that the refund will work on a scale depending how much time you give us before cancelling.

Dave: That’s fine

Mary: Now you can pay the deposit over the phone now by credit card or you can send it by bank transfer or you can send us a cheque.

Dave: I’d like to pay now by credit card.

Mary
: Fine, type of card?

Dave: Visa.

Mary: Name on the card and number?

Dave: David R Hancock  4424 2900 0011 9139

Mary: Expiry date and three number security key

Dave: February two thousand and twelve. 957

Mary: Ok that's fine, we'll see you on September 5th. You can check in any time after 11am. If you have any further questions give us a call.

Dave: Thanks. Bye
